Orders integrated via our AI-assisted enterprise procurement system form legally binding fulfillment contracts. Payment terms are strictly enforced per account categorization (e.g., Net 30, Net 60). Modifications to automated commercial agreements or standing orders must be communicated via written notice 30 days prior to the next scheduled container loading.
Custom engineered CAD designs and load-bearing reports generated for your explicit crates remain the intellectual property of StructiCore until full payment is realized. Reverse-engineering of our proprietary polymer blends or joining mechanisms is strictly prohibited under these B2B terms.
